This one-day course is designed to assist participants to plan and deliver safety training to adult learners. Ideas and strategies are presented that will provide participants with a basis for making sound decisions in their training settings. The emphasis of this course is on the development of practical skills to deliver effective presentations in the workplace.
No pre-requisite training is required for this course.
- Module 1: Introduction to Tailgate Safety Training
- Module 2: Process for Creating and Conducting a Tailgate Session
- Module 3: Delivering Training
After taking this course, participants will be able to:
- Deliver mini lessons in a limited time frame
- Develop effective instructional practices quickly
- Produce and deliver in-depth lesson plans and presentations
Cost: $100 + GST
