SafetyBC Booking Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

• • Cancellations Made Before 48 Hours of Class Start:
  • Students who cancel their enrolment more than 48 hours before the start of the class are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Class Start:
  • Students who cancel their enrolment within 48 hours of the class start time will be rescheduled for the next available class offered by SafetyBC.
  • If a student chooses not to reschedule, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Processing:

• • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed via e-transfer or cheque only.

3. How to Cancel:

• • To cancel a class enrolment, students must contact SafetyBC customer service at training@safetybc.com
  • All cancellation requests will be processed based on the time and date the request is received by SafetyBC.

4. Additional Information:

• • SafetyBC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
