This safe equipment operator Telehandler course has been developed and certified by Fusion Safety Services; a licensed BCCSA Approved Training Provider.

Through a combination of theory and practical application, this course provides an equipment operator training with a focus on managing hazards, selecting, inspecting, and operating skid steers.

Course Content:

• Functions and features
• Hazard identification
• Preventative maintenance & procedures
• Pre-operational inspections
• Job hazard analysis (JHA)
• Basic operation
• Proper start-up & shut down protocol
• Steering, maneuvering & control
• Advanced tech—like load sensing and stabilization (if applicable)
• Installation & removal of attachments
